It is with great excitement and sadness that we send Jessica off to San Diego to begin a new chapter of her life.

As many of you know, Jessica has been on board with us from the time we opened our tasting room back in 2014. During which time, she has helped grow our business and expanded her wine knowledge greatly. She will be truly missed.

We are very excited to be hosting our annual Oyster & Orange Wine Event. We will be showcasing our 2016 & 2017 Pinot Grigio Ramatos! Ramato is the Italian word for "copper" and refers to the color of this beautiful wine. We accomplish this by allowing the juice to macerate on the skins for 30 days before going into neutral oak barrels for 4 months of aging. The result is a mineral driven wine with delicate aromatics and soft tannins. Bill the Oyster Man will be providing us with his delicious fresh oysters on the half shell, along with his incredible array of homemade sauces. The perfect pairing!
