Oysters and Orange Wine Event

We are very excited to be hosting our annual Oyster & Orange Wine Event. We will be showcasing our 2016 & 2017 Pinot Grigio Ramatos! Ramato is the Italian word for "copper" and refers to the color of this beautiful wine. We accomplish this by allowing the juice to macerate on the skins for 30 days before going into neutral oak barrels for 4 months of aging. The result is a mineral driven wine with delicate aromatics and soft tannins. Bill the Oyster Man will be providing us with his delicious fresh oysters on the half shell, along with his incredible array of homemade sauces. The perfect pairing!

Complimentary oyster with the purchase of a glass of Pinot Grigio Ramato and 4 with every bottle purchased. Additional oysters available for purchase while supplies last.

Live music preformed by Dave Muldawer, the lead singer of the D’oh Bros band.

Winemaker's Saturday

As a perk to our Wine Club members, one Saturday of every month we host an afternoon in the winery and Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with our winemaker, Eric Stockwell. This is your chance to taste wines in the making and, on occasion, purchase wine futures at 50% off of retail price.

Given that we are in the midst of harvest/crush this time of year, you will have the opportunity to get an in depth look at the early stages of the winemaking process, including a foot trotting of grapes. Come prepared to taste and learn a little something new.
