TASTING NOTES:
A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with a lovely sparkling light yellow hue reminiscent of fresh straw. On the nose, scents of newly cut grass and peach blossoms. A blend of green and floral notes, as well as white peach and sweet lime create a crisp palate and balanced mouthfeel. Pippin apple, lime zest, and a soft minerality complete this well-structured wine.

Pale straw color in the glass and a full, inviting nose of honeycomb and mixed florals. The palate displays layered honey, gooseberry, and soft apple notes wrapped in a light custard creaminess. Prominent acidity throughout the lingering finish of green apple peel and violet.

TASTING NOTES:
This Provence style rosé shimmers a light coral blush color. Muddled strawberries and green fruit aromas are a prelude to flavors of baked strawberries, red rose petals, and a hint of kiwi. Classically dry finish with notes of watermelon, green grass, and lavender.

TASTING NOTES:
A spicy, Zin forward red blend with intoxicating aromas of cacao powder, cherry, and clove. Deep olallieberry, dark plum, and bergamot flavors along with steady, medium tannins create a pronounced palate. Petit Sirah provides a hint of red fruit notes and a slight chewiness, while Merlot smooths the finish with new leather and soft vanilla.
