Clear Sage Leaf (a.k.a “Sage”) is a smooth and soulful singer who plays guitar with a soothingly raw flair. The sounds that flow through him are influenced by a mixture of genres, including Jazz, Blues, R&B, Folk, and Rock.

Many artists have influenced him over the years and some may be notably heard through his style, including but not limited to, Jack Johnson, Frank Ocean, Otis Redding, John Mayer, Nina Simone, Daniel Ceasar, and Sam Cooke.

With a mixture of beautiful cover songs and original compositions, Sage draws listeners into an ocean of sounds and lyrics, creating a warm and invigorating atmosphere.

A nomadic musician for 10 years, Sage has decided to expand his roots in Santa Cruz County. He wishes to continue to share his expression of sound and grow with this community as he explores the possibilities on his musical journey
